Nikos Houssos has more than 15 years of experience building and leading large technology units in various sectors: health IoT, FMCG big data analytics, digital media and publishing, microelectronics. He has supervised the development and release of a range of commercial software products used by numerous Fortune 500 clients. He has been instrumental in the development of national and European research infrastructures and international interoperability standards in the areas of digital libraries and research information management. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Athens and has served as an Adjunct Professor at the Technical University of Crete. He is currently VP of Engineering at Sentio Solutions Inc., the San Francisco-based company behind the Feel Emotion Sensor (myfeel.co)
